Very clean and new house, quiet and safe area. The townhouse complex have a swimming pool inside, and a park located behind the complex that has BBQ stoves.


4 minutes walk to supermarket (IGA, Woolworths, korean store) and restaurants

4 minutes walk to 150 bus stop


$160/week including all bill (water, electricity, and high speeds internet)


You only need to share bathroom with 1 student girl.
