Our team consist of Australians, Brazilians, Chinese, Japanese, Taiwanese and Korean members as of current. 

Sushi Maker Duties and Expectations:

- Food preparation 

- Sushi making(Nigiri/Rolls and hot meals) 

- Minimal skills required as training is provided 

- Positive attitude to learning 

- Ability to handle fast paced work
