Kushimaru is a modern Japanese Izakaya located in the heart of Brisbane City, offering authentic Japanese cuisine in a stylish setting.

We are currently looking for a part-time or casual kitchen team member to join our growing kitchen crew.

???? Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in fish preparation is highly valued
• Hot food section experience in Japanese kitchens is a big plus

G/85 Elizabeth St, Brisbane City QLD 4000

???? Working Hours:
• Sunday to Thursday: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Friday & Saturday: 2:00 PM – 1:00 AM
(*Working days and hours may be adjusted based on availability)
