We are looking for a new tenant for the ground floor of our two-storey house located in Springwood.

1. Conveniently located near the highway to both Brisbane City and the Gold Coast, with Coles, Woolworths, McDonald’s, and Moa Mart about 1 km away, making grocery shopping easy. There’s also the newly opened Fitness Cartel nearby.


2. Rent: $550 per week (If you sign through the agency, it will be $560 per week, but contact me directly for the discounted rate of $550).


3. Indoor parking is available. Couples and friends are welcome.


4. Solar panels are installed, so running the air conditioner in summer is affordable.


5. Further details can be discussed with the agency if needed.


6. You will have your own private entrance and live on the ground floor, completely separate from the upstairs residents, with your own independent space.

1. ブリスベン市内やゴールドコーストへ行く高速道路に近く、Coles、Woolworths、マクドナルド、モアマートが約1km圏内にあり、とても便利です。新しくオープンしたフィットネスジム「Fitness Cartel」も近くにあります。


2. 家賃: 週$550（エージェント契約の場合は$560ですが、直接ご連絡いただければ$550でご案内します）


3. 室内駐車場あり。ご夫婦やカップル、お友達同士歓迎です。


4. ソーラーパネル設置済みなので、夏にエアコンを使っても電気代の負担が少ないです。

6. 専用の入口から出入りでき、一階部分で生活できます。二階の住人とは完全に独立したスペースです。
