Brisbane’s largest franchise chicken restaurant, Momo Chicken, is now hiring additional kitchen (BOH) staff to join our team at each location.

 Available Positions

• Momo Chicken Chermside (Westfield) – BOH (Kitchen) Staff – Full-time or Part-time

• Momo Chicken South Bank – BOH (Kitchen) Staff – Full-time or Part-time

• Momo Chicken City – BOH (Kitchen) Staff – Full-time or Part-time

 Main Responsibilities (BOH)

• Interest in Korean cuisine and cooking, with a strong sense of responsibility

• Maintain kitchen facilities, equipment, and cleanliness

• Understand and follow hygiene and food safety standards

• Accurately understand and cook menu items

• Tasks include: kitchen assistance, dishwashing, prep work, and frying

 Qualifications

• Anyone who loves chicken is welcome to apply – no experience required

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented and customer-focused mindset

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
