Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Relocation Agent with expertise in house rentals to join our growing team. In this role, you will guide clients through the home search process, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the local rental market to match clients with properties that suit their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Assist clients in finding rental properties that align with their budget, location, and lifestyle needs.

·       Provide expert advice on rental contracts, tenancy laws, and local housing norms.

·       Coordinate and accompany clients on property viewings.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, property managers, and landlords.

·       Provide orientation about neighbourhoods, schools, public transport, and local amenities.

·       Provide guidance to clients during the rental application process.

·       Support clients throughout the move-in process to ensure a smooth transition, including assistance with utility connections and other essential services.

Requirements:

·       Strong knowledge of the local rental market.

·       Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

·       Professional, client-focused, and highly organised.

·       Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.

·       Proactive ‘can-do’ attitude and a consistently positive mindset.

·       Fluency in both Korean & English.

·       Driver’s license.

·       Proven experience in the real estate or relocation industry, particularly with a focus on rental properties, will be highly regarded.
