2. Basic proficiency in reading and writing Chinese and English; able to communicate smoothly via text with the domestic team.

3. Flexible schedule; able to dedicate a small amount of time daily to manage the store; detail-oriented and responsible.

4. Prior hands-on experience with cross-border e-commerce platforms is a plus, but training is provided for those without experience.
