The location is Rochedale South. This is a private room but like a ensuite room with separate mini kitchen and toilet. Everything is seperated, only share washing machine. Rent Includes water, electricity, air conditioning and  internet.

???? Unfortunately, this place is not a good place to take transport. Bus comes every 30 minutes and last bus is before 5pm. Better to have your own vehicle. Highway is only 5-10 minutes far.

$260 per week for one person
$380 per week for two people

2 weeks bonus required
2 weeks rent prepaid required.
Available to move in now
Minimum 2 month stay please!
Preferred non smoker please!
