- using air conditioning in your own room from extra $10

- All bills are included in rent price (TPG unlimited Internet, electricity, water bills, Netflix)

- 2 weeks rent payable in advance and 3 weeks bond (furniture usage deposit)

- You only need to bring your own bed sheets/blanket and toiletries
