Master room available in St Lucia

Hello!

I'm going back to my country during the school holiday around three months (10th December - 20th February) and I'm renting my room for you guys! :)

My room is located in St Lucia, which is just 10 min walk to the University of Queensland. There are restaurants, supermarket, and bus stops near the house, which takes you only 3 min to get there.

You will share the public area with two lovely UQ students, they are very kind and friendly! It is very suitable for summer course student to live in. :))

For the rent price: $180 per week, including all bills. If you would like to live from the beginning December till February, the price can be lower! :)))
