Single Female : $220 per week, inclusive of utilities (with reasonable usage limits).

Couple : $420 per week, inclusive of utilities (with reasonable usage limits).

* A couple can use a two-bedroom setup. You can designate one room as the bedroom and the other as a study or any other purpose you prefer
