[HIRING] Patissier Chef, Head Chef & FOH Team Leader – Brisbane CBD

About Us

We are a fresh team launching a brand-new Korean Fusion Dining & Bakery concept in the heart of Brisbane CBD. Our grand opening is scheduled for July 2026, and we are looking for a foundational team to commence work from early June for pre-opening preparations and system setup.


Starting with our first flagship store, we have a clear vision to build a solid system and expand to multiple locations. We are looking for passionate, experienced professionals to help us lay the foundation and grow with us.


[Available Positions]

1. Patissier Chef

Key Responsibilities: Develop signature menus and oversee the bakery/dessert section.


Requirements:


5+ years of experience with expertise in French pastry and Sourdough.


Strict adherence to HACCP, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards.


Ability to help establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for future expansion.


A creative mind who enjoys developing unique Korean fusion desserts.


2. Head Chef

Key Responsibilities: Full kitchen management, menu development, ordering, and stock control.


Requirements:


5+ years of kitchen experience with proven leadership/management skills.


A leader who fosters a positive and efficient kitchen culture.


Experience in systemizing kitchen SOPs for business scalability.


High level of responsibility and commitment to kitchen hygiene.


3. Chef

Key Responsibilities: Assist in menu development and general kitchen operations.


Requirements:


3+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen.


Attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes/manuals accurately.


Strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene.


4. FOH Team Leader (Front of House)

Key Responsibilities: Manage daily floor operations, customer service, and beverage/bar management.


Requirements:


5+ years of hospitality experience with native-level English communication.


Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.


Proficient in coffee and beverage making (Cocktail experience is highly regarded).


Ability to lead a high-performing service team with a positive attitude.

Timeline: Anticipated start date in early June.


Remuneration: Highly negotiable based on experience (Competitive rates + Award wages/Super/Penalties).
