Japanese Specialty Matcha and Tea Store - Supervisor and Store Manager (Robina) Wanted

About Us
Odaya is a specialty Japanese tea and dessert brand, dedicated to providing high-quality matcha drinks, desserts, and authentic Japanese dining experiences. We are expanding our Robina store and looking for an experienced Supervisor & Store Manager to join our passionate team.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. 

• Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Manage staff rosters, shift planning, and performance evaluation.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company operational standards.

• Handle inventory management, ordering, and stock control.

• Ensure operations and service comply with Odaya’s quality standards.

• Monitor sales performance, implement promotional activities, and achieve business targets.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Report directly to senior management and contribute ideas for store improvement.

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of relevant supervisory or managerial experience in retail, hospitality, or F&B industry.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional language skills (Japanese, Mandarin, Korean) are a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience in staff training and performance management.
• Good knowledge of customer service and complaint handling.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems, basic financial reporting, and store operations. • Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and evenings as required.
