About Us: 

We are a Japanese specialty tea and dessert cafe seeking enthusiastic and reliable Dessert Makers to join our team. If you have a passion for Japanese-style desserts and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you! 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality Japanese desserts, including cakes and gelato.
• Maintain strict cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.
• Comply with production plans and schedules.
• Assist with restocking and organizing ingredients and products.
• Work efficiently during peak hours in a fast-paced environment.

Punctuality: 

Adhere to scheduled working hours, ensuring timely arrival and departure as a fundamental requirement.

Effective Communication: 

Possess proficient English language skills to interact effectively with colleagues. 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Japanese-style or equivalent dessert preparation work is required (limited training provided).  
• Passion for Japanese-style desserts and culture (highly preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team player attitude.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as necessary.
• Legal right to work in Australia (minimum 6 months validity if on a working visa)
