Looking for experienced Sushi Maker Japanese Takeaway in Brisbane Northside.
Must have experience in making a variety of sushi rolls using rice spreading machine, some nigiri style sushi, sashimi, rolling rice paper rolls, etc.
Tasks include filling sushi cabinet in the morning, preparing and serving items from sushi section to order, preparation of sushi section, occasionally assist other sections.
Must be able to work cleanly.
Possibility of more hours up to full time for right applicant.
Car an advantage.

Part/Full time.
$22-$25/hour negotiable + holiday pay + super.
