• Manage daily operation 
• Table service
• Manage payment
• Make cold drinks, cocktails and serve alcohol (related certificate needed)
• Follow OKAMI standard system

Underage Part-time staff

Minimum hourly rate $12.90 - $21.23 (based on levels)

Underage Causal staff

Minimum hourly rate $16.13 - $26.54 (based on levels)

+Superannuation

+Weekend & Public holiday penalty

Regular Part-time staff

Minimum hourly rate $23.46 - $25.80 (based on levels)

+Weekend & Public holiday penalty

+Annual Leave

+Paid sick leave

Regular Casual staff 

Minimum hourly rate $29.33 (based on levels)

+Superannuation

+Weekend & Public holiday penalty

Trading hours are:

Tue. - Thu. 5:30pm - 10:00pm

Fri. - Sat. 5:00pm - 10:30pm

Sun. 12:00pm - 14:30pm & 5:30pm - 09:30pm
