1.      Reception duties.

2.      Manage multiple email inboxes

3.      Invoicing

4.      Provide product/service information to customers where needed

5.      Dealing with customer enquires

6.      Processing orders

7.      Update and maintain client files

8.        Build and maintain professional relationships within the team, the department and our external stakeholders

9.      Answering customers’ calls, using your powers of deduction to track customers parcels and solve issues like damaged or missing parcels

Position: Casual 

            (Avaialable to be full time)

Working hours : from 7AM to 1PM (Mon-Fri) (Casual)

                      from 7AM to 3PM (Mon-Fri) (Full Time)

Rates: Casual $27.03 per hour 

         Full Time : negotiation depending on working experience
