It’s a light-filled, three-bathroom house. We’re renting out a big ensuite room with two inbuilt wardrobes, offering plenty of space and comfort.

The house is in a great location with essential facilities not very far, including:

- Coles, Woolworths, and ALDI (all about a 5-minute drive)
- Griffith University, Logan Campus (15-minute drive)
- Holmview Train Station (12-minute walk)
- Beenleigh Train Station
- Beenleigh Mall (5-minute drive)
- Beenleigh Library (5-minute drive)

Our home will have no more than four people living here, ensuring a spacious and peaceful environment. Excellent space for a student, working holiday maker, or full-time worker. Couples may also be accepted for an additional charge. You should be willing to share house cleaning, keep common areas tidy, and be mindful of noise levels after hours.
