We have 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms.

You can use one room and the bathroom alone. There's a closet and a bed, and it connects to the balcony. There's all the furniture.

You can move after 14/08/2023.

The contract period is available until June next year, and if you want to move before that, you can move anytime if you find another tenant.

Inside the building, there is a gym, swimming pool, rooftop, barbecue, sauna, spa, and media room where you can watch movies.

In addition, there is a party once a week where you can attend the party for free and receive food.
