We are seeking a dedicated support worker to provide respectful, person-centred care and support independence at home and in the community.
Key Responsibilities
-
In-home support for a person with spinal cord injury
-
Assistance with personal care and daily living activities
-
Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
-
Accompaniment to community activities and medical appointments
-
Personal care support, including bowel and bladder management
Trainings will be given
Essential Requirements
-
Previous experience in disability care, support work, or aged care preferred
-
Experience supporting people with physical or spinal disabilities highly regarded
-
Compassionate, reliable, and respectful attitude
-
Basic English communication skills
-
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

First Aid & CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable
-
Manual handling experience
-
Ability to commit to ongoing/long-term work
-
Driver’s licence and own vehicle preferred
