I am Korean and currently looking for a female person to rent a private room in my house located 5 min walk to Murarrie Station.
If you are looking for a job or already have a job at Ingham this is a great location as it only takes 20 mins by walking.
My house is very clean and I am looking for someone who is also very clean, non-smoking and respectful.
Rent is inclusive of all utility bills (+NBN internet).
2 week bond + 2 week pay (every fortnight)
Private room has a king single bed, ceiling fan, study desk and wardrobe.
