The house itself is appx. 5 years old and there is a garage between granny flat and main residence providing complete privacy.

We are looking for non-smoker tenants willing to stay minimum of 6 months.

-          Your own full kitchen (all essentials such as microwave, fridge and cookware are included)

-          Internet, Electricity, Water – all included except air conditioning usage

Rent:    $390/week (includes all bills except aircon usage, which is separately metered)

Maximum number of tenants:  2 people (either a couple or two female or single person)Internet:  Unlimited NBN (charges are included in the rent)Private Parking: There is one carpark dedicated to Granny Flat tenant.

Notice Period:   4 weeks
