The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a total of 4 people living together.
Two people will share one bedroom and one bathroom.
The living room and kitchen are very spacious.

We are a working couple and usually spend more time outside.
Please feel free to use the laundry, bathroom, and air conditioning comfortably.
We only ask that you keep the place clean and avoid unnecessary waste.

Rent is $250 per person, including all bills.

Bond is 2 weeks, rent is paid 2 weeks in advance, and 2 weeks notice is required.
No minimum stay.

There is a free city loop bus stop right in front of the apartment, taking about 5 minutes to Central Station or Roma Street Station.
Hanaro Mart is nearby.

A portable air conditioner is provided in the room.

Unlimited internet, personal air conditioner, rice, toilet paper, kitchen towels, personal bedding, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, all kitchenware, cleaning supplies, water purifier, and a personal key are all provided for free.

No smokers, please.
