- Individual key provided
- No parties, visitors, drinking, smoking or excessive noise in the house
- No living room sharing

- 2 weeks’ bond
- Fortnightly rent payment
- Key deposit
- 3 weeks’ notice required
- Minimum stay: 1 month
- Discount available for stays of 3 months or longer
