・汚れのひどい物件は基本料金のほかに追加料金が発生します。

・車をお持ちの方には毎月ガソリン代を支給します。

信頼できる経験とスキルをお持ちの方であれば、不動産エージェントからの軽微なクレーム（苦情）については可能な限り私が直接対応いたします。

そして私たちの会社は離職率が非常に低いです。スタッフの多くが、一度仕事を始めるとビザが終了するまで働き続けてくれます。

We're Hiring Cleaning Staff!

Many part-time jobs offer high hourly rates but low weekly pay due to limited hours. With us, if you want to work more, you can earn a high weekly income with 40–50+ hours per week.

Additional Information:

Heavily soiled homes may incur extra charges on top of the base rate.

Fuel allowance provided monthly for those with a car.

If you’re reliable and skilled, we will support you as much as possible. For example, if there are minor complaints from real estate agents, we’ll handle them directly on your behalf.

Also, our staff turnover is extremely low—most of our team members stay with us until their visa ends. You probably understand what that means.
