Duties of receptionist below
-Take A-frame out and take A-frame in every day (come a bit early 8.50am).
-Vacuum the carpet and setting the massage room.
-Check all of oils massage.
-Make a hot towel and help staff tidy the room.
-Take client into the massage room and let staff know what kind of massage client need to have. (Relax, Thai oil, Deep tissue, Aroma etc.)
-Dealing with enquiries in person and by phone.
-Maintaining the reception area.
-Scheduling appointments.
-Informing the appropriate therapist when the clients have arrived. -Assisting with retail sales (Aroma oils and gift voucher)
-Operating the payment point and handing payments. -Dealing with refunds and payment discrepancies. -Retailing treatment vouchers.
-Promoting services and specials offers.
-Taking messages for people.
-Complementary from any massage section and Give water or coke to every client.
-Calculate all shop Money and money change on that day.
