This position is to join a strong team in a busy restaurant in the heart of the Brisbane, applicants must be confident in their ability to deal with large volumes at a fast pace and possess a strong understanding of fine dining.

Chef De Partie qualifications and experience are vital, applicants should essentially already have gained experience in a similar position.
