Key Requirements:

• Expertise: Proficient in Japanese or French desserts.
• Gelato Experience: Highly valued.
• Portfolio: Submit your latest works.
• Equipment Handling: Skilled in using commercial kitchen equipment.
• Physical Strength: Capable of lifting 15 kg (33 lbs).
• Experience: Prior experience in a commercial bakery or kitchen.
• Trade Qualifications: Preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills: Excellent baking and cake decorating abilities.
