Couple room - $330 (6 months longer $320)

7 min walk to bus station - bus to brisbane cdb (takes 20 min)

The house is big and also have backyard where you can go straight to street road. The house is very clean and tidy.

We prefer non-smoker, minimum 3 months stay, 2 week deposit
