We are looking for a share mate or a couple to use the first storey with own kitchen, bathroom, toilet and living room.

You just need to share the laundry with our family who is living on the second storey.

You have a different gate from us.

You need to share all of this area with only one another Korean female lady in her 20's.

$225/week for one person 

or $325/week including internet and electricity.

* minimum of 3 months stay *

* 4 weeks worth of bond * 

The room is available anytime.

We have a dog labrador, but your area is blocked by the baby fence so that she doesn't go to your area.

Non-smoker is welcome.
