Remuneration:

38 Hours Base Salary: $70,000 -$85,000

+ Superannuation

+ Overtime Penalty

+ Weekend & Public Holiday Penalty

Wage review every quarter based on Sales & Appraisal

Key Duties:

• Manage Daily Operation

• Follow 63 Standard System

• Hire of Staff and Training

• Control of Ordering & Cost of Goods

• Set Kitchen Roster and Control Wage Cost

• Comply with Kitchen Food Safety Programme
