Furnished Private Room with Shared Bathroom

  • I am only looking for a long-term female housemate only (minimum stay of 6 months with a 2-week notice).

  • The current home is on a periodic lease, which automatically renews. This will be the first time the property is shared, as the family previously registered as Occupants is returning to their home country. A new occupant will be added to the lease agreement as a replacement (this is not a sublet; permission has been obtained from the landlord and property management).
  • Therefore, the new occupant must submit an application form along with identification and financial documents (supporting documents) to the property management. Please submit these documents to the property management after moving arrangements have been confirmed.
