One master bedroom or smaller room to choose from  (available for only 1 person)

You will be the only share mate along with one owner. 

So only 2 people total living in 4 bedroom house.

You will have your own toilet.

Every room has aircon. Rent includes internet , power , aircon usage.

Master bedroom = $270 per week

Normal size bedroom = $245 per week

I will put new bed and mattress for you.

Along with nice desk and ergonomic chair for comfort.
