It has good lighting and ventilation

Floor is wooden not carpeted, This room is a different line from other rooms so no noise between other rooms.

There are a Coles, Pharmacy, Mc Donald's, HJ, Coffee shop

It is still a new neighborhood so for bus you need to work to bus stop for 15 minutes so If you have a car it would be easy to get on highways.

$280 per week, 2 weeks notice, deposit. Female prefer
