Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced butcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in meat cutting and preparation, with a focus on delivering high-quality products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Cutting and trimming pork and lamb.

Custom cuts based on customer requests.

Displaying products and maintaining quality in-store.
Requirements:

Proficient in butchery skills (experience in Australia or Overseas recognized).

Strong teamwork and high hygiene standards.

Basic English communication skills.

Preferably with over 3 years of experience, but skilled candidates with less experience are also encouraged to apply.
