The house is fairly new and very clean.

• Single bed, bedside table, built-in wardrobe, desk, and chair

• Private bathroom and shower

• Street parking available

• About 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bus to USC (University of the Sunshine Coast)

• Bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the house

• Non-smoker preferred

• Someone who values cleanliness (e.g., cleaning up after using the kitchen and shared spaces).

Rent is $245/week, including bills and internet.
2 weeks’ notice is required before moving out.
