We are looking for a new tenant for the ground floor of our two-storey house located in Springwood.

■ Conveniently located near the highway to both Brisbane City and the Gold Coast. Within about 1 km, you’ll find Coles, Woolworths, McDonald’s, and Moa Mart, making shopping very convenient. The newly opened Fitness Cartel is also nearby. ■

1. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet (separate).

One room has vinyl flooring, and the rest are tiled, keeping it cool in summer.

One bedroom includes a built-in wardrobe plus a separate dressing room, which is great for women or anyone who needs extra storage.



2. Rent Fee: $580 per week (all bills included).


3. Indoor parking available, so no worries about vehicle safety. Couples are welcome. :)


4. Air conditioning available.


5. Unlimited internet provided. :)


6. Further details can be discussed with the agency if needed.


7. You will have your own private entrance and live independently on the ground floor, completely separate from the upstairs residents.

• Since many people with cars usually worry about street parking and safety, please rest assured that with indoor parking available, your vehicle will be safe. :)

1. ベッドルーム3部屋、バスルーム1つ、トイレ1つ（別々）。

1部屋はフローリング、その他はタイル床なので夏でも涼しいです。

1部屋にはビルトインクローゼットと独立したドレッシングルームがあり、特に女性や荷物が多い方におすすめです。



2. 家賃: 週$580（光熱費すべて込み）


3. 室内駐車場あり。車の安全も心配ありません。ご夫婦やカップル歓迎です :)
