Hi! My partner and I are looking for a housemate to join us in our spacious home in Zillmere.

About Us
We are a Korean couple in our 30s, and we both work full-time.

The Room

• Approx. 3.5m × 3.5m
• Large built-in wardrobe
• Queen-size bed
• Desk and chair

Location
The house is located in a quiet residential area, making it a comfortable place to relax and unwind.

• Taigum Square (including asian mart): 15-minute walk
• Westfield Chermside: 10-minute bus ride

Transport

• Bus stop for Route 330 (City & Chermside): 6-minute walk
• Zillmere Train Station: 15-minute walk

There will be a total of 3 people living in the house, including us as a couple.

Rent

• $250 per week (bills included )
• Minimum stay: 12 weeks
• 2 weeks' rent in advance, 2 weeks' bond, and 2 weeks' notice required

We value a peaceful and respectful home environment, so we would prefer someone who is tidy and considerate of others.
