Position: Barista
Experience:
- Previous barista experience is essential.
- Strong coffee-making skills and attention to detail in preparing high-quality drinks.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
Hours: Full-time or Part-time, 25+ hours per week with the potential for increased hours based on suitability and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and drinks to a high standard.
- Ensure the coffee bar and equipment are clean and well-maintained.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist in other areas of the café (e.g., kitchen or front-of-house) when not busy.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Support the team by helping with stocktaking, cleaning, and other tasks as needed.
