Casual Warehouse Team Member (Pick & Pack)
We’re an online business based in Heathwood, Brisbane, currently looking for a reliable casual warehouse team member to assist with our daily warehouse operations.
The role primarily involves picking and packing online orders, as well as handling and moving cartons. Some items can be heavy, so a reasonable level of physical fitness is required.
This is a long-term casual position with the potential to transition into a permanent full-time role as the business continues to grow. We are looking for someone who can commit to the role for at least 6 months, including our busy Christmas peak period. Please do not apply if you are only available for a shorter period.
Position Details
•  Monday to Friday (weekdays only)
•  Morning shifts
•  Minimum 5 hours per shift
•  25 to 38 hours per week
•  Flexible start times each morning
•  Casual rate: $32 per hour

Key Responsibilities
•  Picking and packing online orders accurately
•  Receiving incoming stock and dispatching outgoing stock
•  Replenishing stock on warehouse shelves
•  Organising the warehouse, including moving cartons to the correct locations
•  General warehouse cleaning and maintaining a tidy workspace
You will mostly be working independently, although other team members may occasionally assist during busier periods.
What We’re Looking For
•  Available to stay in the role for at least 6 months, including the Christmas peak period
•  Comfortable working independently most of the time
•  Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
•  Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•  Comfortable with repetitive pick-and-pack tasks and able to stay focused throughout the day
•  Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving cartons
•  Must have your own reliable car and live close to Heathwood for convenience
•  Must have full working rights in Australia
