Hello! I'm looking for a housemate for a newly moved-in Hamilton apartment from April 10th :)

When I went for the inspection, the first thing I noticed was the beautiful Brisbane River view. The sunlight comes in well, and the house itself is very bright and cheerful!

The layout is modern, and I’ve decorated it nicely—it's a really beautiful home!

There are restaurants, a gym, and Woolworths within 5 minutes’ walking distance. Also, the ferry and bus stations are around 5–6 minutes away.

There are parks and riverside running tracks nearby, which are great for relaxing walks or jogging.
The apartment also has a swimming pool, so you can take a dip whenever you'd like!

I haven't received the bills yet, but electricity, gas, water, and Wi-Fi bills will be shared.

The car park is currently in use by me, but I can look around to see if other options are available.

The available room is the master bedroom, which has full-height windows with direct river views :) Since it's right by the riverside, there's usually a nice breeze, so I don’t think it will get too hot!

I’m looking for non-smokers, no house parties, and someone clean and respectful!

Couples are preferred, but solo renters are also welcome!
