I am looking for a person or 2 to move into one of the rooms in my place.

The house is located in Narangba, which is 15 minutes from North Lakes and 15 minutes from Morayfield by car.
There is Woolworths 5 minutes from my place and also IGA is only 3 minutes away.
My home is in the friendly neighborhood, and Narangba seems to be a safer suburb than Morayfield, and less busier than North Lakes.
It is close to major shops and shopping centres and yet it is peaceful and country-like.

This is a family home for which myself and my 2 little children, not a share accommodation with lots of people squashed in a small place.
The room is pretty large for 1 person and it is doable with 2 people if it is a group of 2.
There presently is 1 bed however, I will get another single mattress or a double mattress depending on the situation.

The person(s) will soley use the bathroom and the toilet that are connected to the dining area (may be shared with occasional guests), as myself and my children will be using the ones in the main bedroom.
I offer rice, kitchen utensils, plates, cooking pots and pans, cleaning products and cutlery.
The weekly rent for 1 person is $140, for 2 persons is $110.
There is 2 weeks deposit, and there is a minimum period of stay of 4 weeks (sorry, no short stays).
Bills are included and we do not have wifi.
