It is only 2 minutes walk away from Bus Stop (Route 150), closes to shops and restaurants, which is perfect location.
The bedroom is fully furnished with double bed, air-conditioning, large mirrored built-in wardrobe, big desk plus comfy chair, new pillows and bed sheets are provided, etc. You will have your own bathroom plus a garage to park your car.
You will share the house with me, a single young professional lady working full time at the moment. The rent is $150/week, including all bills (except water and electricity, we will share). The essential requirement is clean and tidy. Young professional female preferred. No pet please.
Available date to move in is 25/07/2019, 4 weeks bond.
