 - 150 express buses coming every 15 mins to go to the city.

This townhouse has spacious visitor parking lot, so you can park your car in the townhouse. 

It only takes to the city 20 mins by bus and to Westfield Garden City 5 mins. 

Eight Mile Plains shopping centre is just in 5mins on foot which has Bellas fruit and vegetable, Asian supermarket, Convenience store, butcher shop, bakery shop, post office, sub way, and pharmacy. 

$130 per week (NBN internet is installed)
2 weeks deposit and 2 week notice are required

Bills are including water, electricity and the internet.
