Hello,
I have a big two level house. Looking for one person to take over the bottom level. You would have your own bedroom and private bathroom. You can have the whole lounge room to yourself as well. There is also a seperate entrance.
Perfect location, very close to public transport and just across the street to the beach. Very close to Griffith University and China town. The University is only 3-4km away from the house. The bus stop is just out front the house. $300 per week. Bills included.
