This is a female only house.

We have a double room with a double bed and a master room with two single beds.

There are three bedrooms in total, one bathroom, one toilet, a kitchen, a dining, a living and a verandah which are shared among total of 3 or 4 female share mates.

The house is located conveniently (close to shops and public transport and around 20 mins from city by bus).

Utility is included in the rent.

Toilet paper and cleaning products are provided.

2 weeks bond and 2 weeks notice are required.

The double room is 240 p/w, the master is 260p/w for one person and 340p/w for two people.

The rooms are available from 23 August 2025.

Inspections are welcome.
