We have 1 Room available for rent. 
The Rent is $200 per week - All bills included. power, water, Internet. we have unlimited gigabit internet speed - 1000mbps.
4 weeks bond is required but it can be paid weekly in small installments until the full amount of $800 bond is completed.

Bus stop is right outside the house. 
Train station is about a 5 minute walk down the road.
Logan central shopping center is about a 10-15 minute walk.


You'll be sharing the house with 4 other people.
2 asian and 2 australian people.
we all work both day and night time so most of the time there isn't anyone home. 
we would prefer Someone who is working full time or is a student. 
Everyone is very friendly and chill.
