Hello, we are looking for one person to stay in the master room! (The master room is shared by two people)

Immediate move-in is available!

The room price is $260 per week.

You can use the swimming pool in the building.

There is a spacious terrace in the living room that you can use freely.

Each person will be given a personal key.

Payment is every 2 weeks, with 2 weeks' notice required, and a minimum stay of 2 months.

It is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, and only 3 people in total will be living in the house.

The current residents all work, so it is a very quiet house.

There are no specific house rules.
