We have a fully furnished bedroom available for a quiet, friendly, reliable, non-smoking international student/worker to share house with international students/workers. 

You would have your own toilet, washbasin, fridge, pantry, large desk, window fan, box fans and heater etc., while also using the upstairs shower in the main bathroom. 

The rent is $185/week week with a bond of $370 for 3 months maximum stay. Your rent includes all the utilities (electricity, gas, water), and NBN internet access.

I am a retiree, and the ladies upstairs are two female Vietnamese student/workers.

Our home is in Annerley about 5 minutes walk to Fairfield train station or Ipswich Rd buses (stop 22-3). It is quiet and good for study with 2 small parks very close-by. We are about 15 minutes by train, or 20-30 minutes by bus, to the City/QUT/UQ.

Shops and supermarkets such as Coles and Woolworths, and 2 public libraries with free internet access are only 5 minutes away too.
