2 mins walk to Cannon Hill station, 3 mins drive(15 mins walk) to Cannon Hill plaza(Woolies, Coles, K-mart, Bunnings, Aus post, and restaurants), 10 mins drive to Carindale Westfield shopping center.

The room has a king single bed, a desk, a chair, a bedside table, an lamp, AC, a ceiling fan and a closet included.

You will be sharing a bathroom with another person.

Wifi and Netflix is included, but water bill(every 3 months) and electiricty(every month) are not included.

Ps. Parking is available with $25 pw or street parking.

We are a couple who work as full-time at the hospital & brisbane airport and living in Australia over 4 years. (But, my partner will most likely move out soon)

We have a little dog(3kg), Potato, (bichoodle (bichon + toy poodle)) who is only 1.6 yrs old and very playful????.
She will be mostly in my room and the living room area, she won't go into your bathroom or room. (+ Hope you like dogs as well!)

We're low-key in the most evenings, usually watching shows in the living room and hanging out with Potato????. (Feel free to use living room TV including Netflix or join us anytime)

Finding a new flatmate since my housemate is going back to her country after living with us over 10 months.


Cannon Hill 기차역까지 걸어서 2분 거리에 있는 아파트 독방에 사실 분 구해요! (시티까지 기차로 20-25분)

차로 5분거리에 캐논힐 쇼핑센터가 있어서(걸어서 15분 거리) 울리스, 콜스, 버닝스, K mart, 알디, aus post 등 장보고 필요한 것 구매하는데는 문제 없으실거에요! (혹시 필요하시면 코스트코 갈때 같이 가셔도 좋아요)

근처에 샐러드 공장 등 여러 공장이 있어서 그쪽으로 일 다니시면 편하실거에요.

방에는 킹 싱글사이즈 침대(침구류 포함), 책상, 의자, 옷장, 그리고 에어컨과 실링팬이 있습니다.

화장실은 총 2명이서 같이 쉐어하실 거고, 전 마스터베드룸 이용하게 될거에요.

오시면 당분간은 저랑 제 파트너 그리고 1년 6개월된 3kg 비슈들 강아지 "Potato"와 함께 사시게 될 거에요. (파트너는 곧 이사나갈 예정)
강아지는 보통 거실이랑 제 방에만 있어서 방안으로는 넘어가진 않을거에요. 그치만 강아지를 좋아하는 분이셨음 좋겠습니당 :)

기존에 살던 쉐어생은 작년 8월부터 거주해서 잘지내다가 아쉽게도 비자만료로 5월초에 이사나가게 되었어요.
방 두개 다 각각 350불에 빌은 인터넷과 넷플릭스는 포함이고, 나머지 전기세는 매달, 물세는 3개월에 한번씩 지불해주시면 됩니다. (2주치 본드, 2주전 노티스)

파트너랑은 보통 영어로 소통하지만, 영어가 아직 서툴어도 한국말하는 제가 있어서 소통에 어려움은 없으실거에요. (영어쓰는 환경 원하시는 분에겐 오히려 좋으실듯해요 )
